    This inspection form is great to use with a major service such as a 30, 60 or 90 k service. Typically, the customer is charged for this inspection since it can take 30 to 45 minutes to perform. This form is also a great "trip inspection" form.

  • Courtesy inspection (medium)

    This inspection form is longer and more thorough than the short form. Use this form for vehicles that have been dropped off for service. The medium inspection form typically takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the technician to perform.

  • Courtesy inspection (Short)

    This is a very quick inspection sheet to be used with waiting oil changes. It can be performed in less than 5 minutes on most cars. This form is also great for waiting customers because it has verbage about "why" they should change their air filter and fluids such as transmission, etc.

    This brochure is for areas that do OBDII emissions testing. It explains readiness monitors to customers which can help when they do not understand why their vehicle is failing immediately after repairs/clearing the codes or a battery disconnect.
